Always a popular choice of cake for girls - the pink Princess castle! This 2 tier cake consisted of a vanilla sponge with strawberry preserve and buttercream and a chocolate sponge with chocolate fudge frosting. The towers were built from swiss rolls so are also edible! The castle is topped off with it's own pink princess.

This light vanilla sponge with strawberry preserve and vanilla buttercream filling was iced and decorated with a sugarpaste figure of Jimbo in the famous orange colours of easyjet. Happy Birthday Abi!
